5. INSTALLATION OF ATM AND PARTS
ACKOTECH SERVICES has well-experienced personnel trained to install either whole or parts of different ATM brands. Our installation process last for just few hours and your ATM will be fully up and functional.
Please note that we install both Hardware and Software on ATMs without extra cost apart from the specified installation fee.
Finally, we also render after installation services that is in three stages to ensure that issues arising thereafter are handled by the best trained hands from the company free of charge.
6. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS

MODULES MAINTENANCE CATEGORY
MODULE “ A”:
The first entails that the entire machine is rented out to ACKOTECH SERVICES to maintain only the hardware or components of the machine making sure that the concept of downtime is completely eliminated or reduced to the barest minimum.
This is decided and agreed upon by the two parties based on the given quantity of ATMs nationwide. The SLA will state that ACKOTECH SERVICES will be responsible for the repair, replacement and service of certain number of ATMs for an Agreed period of time.
MODULE “B”:
The second phase of our maintenance service stipulates that such maintenance shall/will be carried out in our workshop. This means that such serviceable parts (ATM) will be taken to ACKOTECH SERVICES workshop for Maintenance.
In this case the cost of transportation or otherwise will be incurred by the client (customer) depending on the location of delivery. Repairs take 12 to 24hrs depending on the degree of wear and tear done to the component(s).
